These soft gels contain 150 mg of omega-3 and 6 mg of lutein, along with anti-oxidant vitamins C and E; nutrients important to the health of the macula, the part of the eye responsible for central vision.

More about the Macula

The macula is the part of the eye that controls central vision. A healthy macula is protected by natural pigment that can decrease with age. Decreased macular pigment has been shown to be a risk factor for developing AMD (age-related macular degeneration). Lutein is an essential nutrient to maintain eye pigment, keep the macula healthy and help maintain healthy eyes as you age.*

Directions

Direction to use: Take 1 Soft Gel daily, in the morning with a full glass of water and during meals. Do not exceed the dose indicated without seeking medical advice.
