Vision 2020 – The Right to Sight

Our company was founded with one purpose: to improve the way people see. As part of Bausch & Lomb’s commitment to perfecting vision and enhancing life, we have donated $1 million and joined with the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) and Vision 2020 in an international effort to mobilize the resources of governments, care-giving organizations and industry to prevent blindness.

Vision 2020 - The Right to Sight is a collaborative effort with the World Health Organization, and has as its goal the elimination of the main causes of avoidable blindness by 2020.
